PAUL ROITSHTEIN, ESQ.
Mr. Roitshtein’s practice focuses on divorce, family, and criminal litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in the courts of New York.
I believe that listening to the client is paramount – it helps me understand the client’s goals, identify what to fight for, and helps me place the court’s attention squarely where it needs to be during trial.
Before opening my practice I was an associate attorney at Richardson Legal PLLC, the boutique New York City matrimonial and criminal defense firm led by Morghan Leia Richardson, Esq. While there I handled a wide array of divorce, family, and criminal matters through trial.
Upon graduating from law school I served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. DePascale, J.S.C., Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Hudson County. While there I assisted the Court in issuing decisions in a wide range of intense criminal matters.
I am a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, I won the award for academic excellence in criminal law. When not litigating, I play in recreational soccer leagues throughout New York City.
